You will work on automating and optimizing core physical design flows including floorplanning, placement, routing, and timing closure using AI-driven techniques. You’ll collaborate closely with ML and systems teams to integrate intelligent agents into real-world EDA workflows, working with large-scale designs and industry-standard PD tools to push productivity and PPA gains.

You will design and deploy ML models and agent-based systems to automate semiconductor design workflows. Your work will involve applying deep learning, graph models, and reinforcement learning to RTL understanding, design optimization, and decision-making in EDA pipelines, translating research ideas into scalable, production-ready systems.

You will own ArchGen’s go-to-market strategy, working directly with founders, customers, and partners to bring AI-driven EDA automation to semiconductor teams. This role blends product positioning, early customer discovery, enterprise sales motion, and feedback loops from real design teams to shape both adoption and product direction in a highly technical market.
